Do these help with people having issues with the pros falling out of their ear? also does it help with comfortability in general for the airpods pros

Does this help people who have small ears? I’m having trouble getting them to stay in.

First make sure that you have the proper size tips on your AirPods Pro buds. Read the instructions on how to test the fit in "Settings" and make sure that you are using the right size tips (small, medium, or large). Usually the buds will stay in your ear pretty well if you are using the proper size tips for your ears. If after doing this your buds still fall out of your ear then these skins may help. I wasn't having a serious problem with fit but after adding these skins it was an improvement.

I bought a pair and they slide all over my EarPods. Any way to keep them in place or make them grippier?

Can't figure out how they could be sliding on you. You have the PRO earbud version, right? Didn't stretch them out putting them on? I got them maybe half way on then had to massage them into place. Mine don't budge. Mine buds were pretty much brand new so no chance for me to grease them up. Maybe you got a defective batch? They've been great for me (though I had to take apple in-ear plugs off for my really small ear canals).

Will the silicon make them fit in my ears better or are the just for protection and looks?

Hi the silicone cover have some thickness to make AirPods Pro fit better. But in order to fit in case the thickness is limited, so if you have big ear holes maybe it can not help. And for protection and look is works perfectly.
