I’ve been taking these only for a couple of days so about 4 days and have noticed a massive difference just after the first dose! I took two tablets that evening the day it arrived and woke up the next morning feeling a massive difference when using the toilet. I suffer with uti/yeast/ infection symptoms often and when my period ends they become worse this seems like it’s doing the right thing! This is my 2nd outlet of cranberry vitamin I use these due to uti and I noticed that my nails that are normally breaking and thin but they where strong and growing strong untill I ran out over the Xmas period n my nails went from nice and strong to crap again I know its not a mega problem but these vitimins help eith all different thing including my skin having a glow to it ......highly recommend buying these if your in need of help with personal private problems and body problems wether it's skin or nails they probably help other things aswell
