These are the best pens I've ever used, and when they finally dry up, I'll order more. I was first given Uni-ball Signo pens as a Christmas gift, and had to ask how I could order more colors (blue & black, for example) since they don't blob on the paper and are so smooth to use. Now I make sure I always have the Uni-ball Signo pens in red, blue, navy and black. Smear resistant, smooth, and consistent line thickness.

These red pens are great for editing or grading. Ink flows smoothly, and the ultra-fine line makes it easy to squeeze in editorial marks or comments. It's not an all-purpose pen. You probably don't want to write pages and pages with it's needle tip, but for writing between lines of text it can't be beat.

Sleek acceptable performance rated slice of life

Really like fine point pens and this one is really micro fine at 0.38. Writes smoothly and ink dries quickly (I am not left handed) but with point at 0.38 the red ink is hard to see in some lights hence the loss of one star. Otherwise this is a great pen! NOTE: apparently this is made for the Japanese market and the pen is slightly shorter than a Bic pen is, shorter length doesn’t bother me and actually works great to carry with check book. Good price per pen when bought in 10 pack. Other ink colors available black, blue, and blue/black combo…all write well and rate 5 stars!

This pen is an absolute joy to write with!! I enjoy writing handwritten letters. The ink drys quickly and lasts quite a long time. I will write with this pen exclusively for the foreseeable future!!

I'm an editor, and I appreciate the fine lines and tiny writing that is possible with these pens. I'm also happy that they are available in red ink. They're a little scratchy, but for the sake of the benefits, I can get used to it.
