This product has spirulina in it which is so good for you. It is Non GMO and in dark glass which keeps it potent. I am pleased with the vitamins and minerals which it contains.

This multi-vitamin & mineral supplement from Natural Factors make me feel and look better. I have more energy and my nails have become much stronger and grow faster than they ever have. Food-based vitamins definitely work better than synthetic. I'm a happy camper and the price is reasonable too.

This is my first order so the jury is still out on how they work or if I can tell There has been no jitters or upset stomach. I’m sure hoping that the nutrients and vitamin content are what I need for my 50+ body and mind.

I am in my third bottle and I really like this product. It seems very good quality and makes a difference in my health. I was getting sick quite often but after starting taking this multivitamins, my health has improved. After I finish one bottle I take a break for 1 to 2 months and I start again. I will keep buying it and is s canadian company.

This supplement was recommended to me as it is made for women over 50. It has sufficient amounts of key vitamins and minerals that older women need. I have been using this product for a few years. I recommend it to other older women.
