Moderate Flavour
Being Kadak Chai,I thought it would have great flavour and leave a tingling flavour of Assam Tea in the mouth.I did not find the flavour too great.Sugar is bit on the high side.Maybe,the Company can have two versions of Kadak Chai : Low Sugar & Normal Sugar.

Expired Food Item Supplied
Purchased tea for travelling, tried two times, the colour was totally black and taste was filthy. When checked the expiry date, it was three years old. It is a Food Item and no one should be allowed to play with the health of consumers.
