Naturals Honey Hydrate 9 Oz Leave-In Conditioner

I think some people are confused about the way this leave in feels on their hair, they say it sits on top of their strands and doesn’t penetrate the hair, and when putting it on the hair it has a different feeling to a normal leave in. But I have found that when you use this leave in after your hair dries it is so moisturising! This made my hair so soft and it also defined my curls. The first time I used it I was genuinely shocked and impressed with how this leave in defined my curls as most leave ins don’t usually do that and my hair was the softest it has ever been. ( I have type 4a/4b hair). I obviously still have to use curl defining products with this but people with looser textures could probably get away with doing a wash n go with this. It’s also really good to thoroughly smooth the product in your hair so it doesn’t just sit on top although you don’t have to because when it dries it penetrates the hair anyway. You don’t need to use a lot of it either. If you use too much it can make your hair sticky so don’t use too much, still use a generous amount just not overboard basically. It also smells amazing.

I never write reviews but thought I must with this Leave-in. I have type 3C hair that drinks alot of moisture and therefore needs to add moisture everyday. After using this leave-in, I add half the amount of styler to my hair everyday then I usually do. I used it for the first time on Saturday, it is now Monday and my hair feels thicker and softer. After washing my hair I put my hair in 4 sections, and applied the leave-in to the sections. At first I put a small amount as I thought it was gonna be really sticky, but I ended up adding more as it wasn't sticky at all. One of my favourite things about this leave-in is that it warms up when you rub it together in your hands. I added the Camille rose aloe whipped gel on top as a styler and put my hair in 2 flat twists. When I woke up the next day and took my hair out my hair was so defined, soft and fuller looking. I spritz a little water on my hair and added a little more styler and the leave-in was re-activated, my hair was so easy to detangle! I think this is a great wash day leave in, meaning you just need to use it on wash day and it will last in your hair all week. I'm excited to continue to use, and to see how the great ingredients help my hair stay moisturised!

This product is extremely hydrating on natural type 4 curls. It smells divine! Would purchase again.

If you have low porosity hair, products with honey are amazing for us. Yes this leave in is sticky but it’s amazing! The definition that comes from it paired with the 4-in-1 honey mousse is so nice. I have type 4B/4C hair and I’m a new huge fan. It also smells gorgeousssss. A little goes a LONG way so this bottle will definitely last a while so it’s worth the price. If you want something a bit more lightweight this may not be the one for you, I’d recommend the Mielle pomegranate & honey leave in conditioner. Definitely worth trying though, I love it!

its good and smells nice,but its too sticky and over priced. not for me

For context, I have high porosity 4c hair that no matter what I do after blowdrying always feels dry. That was until this product! I sectioned my hair into 4, and used about a penny size on each section (I probably could've used a bit more but the other reviews scared me lol) and blow-dryed my hair like I normally would. WHEN I TELL YOU, MOISTURISEDDDD! My hair never feels moisturised when it's dry but this product has changed that. After one use this is a holy grail product for me. If you've got high porosity hair, run don't walk to get this product.

Smells delicious,like pancakes and maple syrup. V. thick consistency, need to use on wet/ v.damp hair. DEfinitely section hair and apply a pea size to each section. I liked how it made my hair feel very soft.

This product, makes me feel more confident. My hair is moisturised and my curls are defined. It has a permanent softness with this product. I partner this product with Curl Maker within the same brand. I just wish this Honey Hydrate product was sold in Boots stores too!
