It’s good enough
This is a manufactured product made thicker quickly rather than over years like aged balsamic vinegar. It’s a precursor to making balsamic so the flavor profile is similar at a fraction of the price. It’s good anywhere balsamic vinegar works- especially if you’re looking for something a bit syrupy.

Great flavor
We had this drizzled on a pizza at a restaurant and came home and found this one on Amazon. Bought it and have been using it ever since. We have put it on salads and vegetables, added to duck and chicken marinades, and of course, drizzled on pizza. It is similar to Balsamic but a bit sweeter. A nice thing to have in your cupboard.

Yummy and sweet
Very good stuff. I put it on vanilla custard and also as a steak sauce. A million uses. Yummy. Not as complex as other brands and a bit sweeter..still no complaints

First time doing Roman cooking and it was a hit!
This product gave a delightful, deep sweetness to a dish of Roman pork with apples. Balanced with some garum and a splash of vinegar, the saba was just the right note. Delicious!

half the cost and virtually the same taste
I tried this side by side with Acetaia Leonardi Saba, 8.45 oz, $25, and we actually preferred the Sanniti. They both have an identical flavor profile, very hard to tell them apart, except this Saba has a touch more acidity, which we preferred. But the raison like flavor of both of these was virtually identical. For the extra $12.50 for the Acetaia Leonardi Saba, I guess they remove a little of the vinegar taste. But the Sanniti Saba adds that sweet raison flavor and seems to combine it with a little sherry vinegar flavor, both needed in making my Cabernet Demi sauce for beef such as short ribs or NY steaks. I'll be buying this again. If you're counting carbs, look the other way...

A Good Kitchen Condiment
I have been aware of saba for some time now, but I was put off by the cost, until I found it more reasonably priced on Amazon, so I ordered it.Saba is cooked grape must, but unlike balsamic vinegar it is not aged. Over time I have not been all that keen on balsamic, at least the ones on the market shelves because it is so sweet. Saba is lighter and less sweet, so I will use it more often. A fine discovery.

Delicious
Sweet. Thick. Syrupy. A delicious product drizzled on cheese, fruit, ice cream. Fragrant and very tasty. Will certainly be buying again.
