Q: how do i know which one is best for me to use for my skin color?

If you have no base color and want to see an actual color change I would recommend going for the medium-tan. The after shower lotion is very good as well!

Q: It says it can take up to a week to see a color change, but then how often after your desired color do you need to apply?

i like to apply every 2 or 3 days.

Q: What’s the difference in the 3 day and the regular?

I don't know. But, if you use this 2-3 times a day in the beginning you will be tan in a couple of days. You would probably get tanner using less with the 3 day, I am guessing. This will streak if you don't blend it in well. So be careful.
