I solved the mystery! So many reviews number 1 complaint was the pump for the bottle would not "pop up", which caused much frustration! Well, I was having the same problem. On the top of the pump there is an arrow, with the word "open", showing which way to turn the top so that it would (supposedly) magically pop up, and you would be ready to pump and lather! NOPE! I twisted the top counter clockwise, I pushed down as I turned it, I banged it on the side of the counter, and finally just put everything back into the box. I was rinsing the pump off after replacing the original lid, and kept trying to think of a solution. Quite by accident, as I was holding the bottom part of the cap where the pump top is AND also holding the white tube that goes into the bottle, and decided to turn it one more time----and the @#$##$ thing popped up!So, to the makers of this very pleasant body wash, don't you think it would be a good idea to include in the instructions: Pop the top BEFORE you put it on the bottle!!??!!

This is my favorite body wash. The lavender aroma is so long lasting people often comment on how nice I smell. Not bad to hear! I love using it with a mesh back scrubber which gets all the suds on me. I feel squeaky clean after I shower.

The Dead Sea Body Wash has a lovely Lavender sent. Nicely packaged, the way I read the pump came separate from the bottle. The instructions say to turn the pump in TBE direction on the cap.. Mine is still in the bottle and unopened. Couldn't get it open.It smells great ill let you know more after I get a pump

I bought 2nottles twice because I just loved the smell but the pumping tops do not work. I am looking for a replacement so I can pump it out of the bottle.

Smells and feels amazing! Very relaxing for night time showers.

I was hoping for something a little more organic from this purchase. The soap seems decent but smells like citronella candles a bit too much for me. I won't be buying it again. Great deal on quality soap but I was expecting a tea tree smelling tea tree soap, that was silly of me I suppose.

update: several weeks of use — my only issuewith this wash was that it wouldn’t stick to my scrunchie and too much was being wasted — l’ve since learned not to wet the scrunchie, my face, hair or hands before hand — I now apply, then add water — now very little goes to waste — now completely happy with the product and results — highly recommendI love the scent of this wash although it doesn't seem to hang around very long -- I use it for my hair and face -- I tried this and another version of this with a different scent as a body wash but it is too thin to stay on my scrunchie -- I like this much better not only for the smell but it seems gentler on my face -- I also use this when shaving with a safety razor -- my face doesn't burn as it does with regular shaving products -- the pump that comes with their products is well made -- when you wash your face you can detect a salty taste which to me legitimizes the minerals from the Dead Sea -- I have tested their products for odor control although they don't advertise for that -- I can go a couple of days between showers without any detectable body odor (on wife's authority) -- although, like I said, I don't plan on using as a body wash for now -- I prefer that it is on the thinner side rather than haveing added unnecessary binders and suspension products -- I will continue to order this sellers various products until I sellte on a favorite
