Went to a party and had these noodles, and was inspired to buy some and try my hand at using them in a stir fry. My husband and I both loved their taste and texture.

Pure buckwheat, no fillers, no gluten , because buckwheat is naturally gluten-free. I boil water in the microwave, add the noodles, then heat for 5 more minutes. Rinse, add flavoring, enjoy!

Tastes about like regular pasta.

Highly recommend this brand - works perfectly in traditional pasta recipes.

My go to staple when I want to have some pasta with some pesto that doesn’t contain wheat. It won’t cause inflammation. I also like the fact that it’s nutritious and that it’s a seed not a grain.

They make the best buckwheat pastas.

You can cook these al dente. Use lots of water and when you're done cooking them either rinse them with hot or cold water they really must be rinsed. They put out a lot of starch un like most pasta that expands these will actually reduce, you will need to start with more. This brand is quite expensive compared to other brands but since I can't find any other brands that will cook up nicely I buy it anyway because pasta itself is a very inexpensive meal.
