I just signed up for subscribe and save. My first experience has been good. I must say my BP was very high I had numbers ranging from 190 to 200 for my top number. The supplement i believe has bought that top number down a lot its ranging from 149 to 170 still high but better. The bottom number is still high but I have been seeing a number of Dr's to get to the root of my the bottom number is spiking. Im currently on 1 bp med but I honestly believe the supplement is doing all the work that is why I decided to continue to take it. I did notice more energy while working out. I have hope this supplement will ad in getting me to a normal bp.
