Great product, I was travelling for 20 hours, and it kept the insulin cool.

Seems to be made well. I'm not using for insulin. I'm using for antibiotics that need to be refrigerated. I measured the antibiotics and I measured this cool box and it should fit but with the gel packs in I'm having to squeeze everything down.

This sort of travel case is an absolute must have for diabetics!So far, I’ve only used it for a weekend trip, but it gave me confidence in travelling without having to worry about whether my insulin would be alright, and without having to take a huge food cool bag. I put the ice pack in the freezer for a day before use, and it was fine.The only reason I’ve been stingy with the stars is that I’m miserable I’d have to consider buying one of these. Yes it’s my medication, but £17 (at time of review) isn’t exactly pocket change!
