Poor packaging messed up the fun!
This is how the chocolates arrived to me, completely melted and messed up! There was no ice pack in the box! I’ve ordered these chocolates several times before but they were packed properly with ice packs! This time I don’t know why the seller just sent it this way and the entire pack of chocolates are completely liquid now, even if I refrigerate they will not be in proper shape again! Disappointed by this kind of experience!

The seller tried their best but due to Amazon's ineffective service, the chocolates melted. However, after an hour or so in the freezer it didn't matter. Really tasty stuff.

Ordered 4 packets, packed in thermacol, with no icebag at all... Many chocolates lost its shape, and some were leaking. This delivery need to be made via cold storage (period). Such costly and godly chocolates should be TREATED NICELY.

Awesome product and service
No doubt the Lindt chocolates are amazing, but m really pleased with the sellers efforts to keep the product intact. They were kept in a nice insulation box with ice packs. Just one thing to note they were already 10 months old.

All is nice but pay attention on packing while delivering chocolates.
The product received by us is good but there is no ice bag inside and that's why the chocolates melted and leaked.
