I love this faucet set, I find the shower nozzle very handy. I can soak in the tub then wet my hair, shampoo it then use the nozzle to rinse off. Some people complained about the nozzle leaking but if installed properly it doesn’t. You turn the knob on the water faucet to either use the nozzle or the tub filler part. It’s beautiful and very functional, not a fast filler but I usually have stuff to get ready and gather up before I hop in anyway so it’s great for me.

Very well made, solid construction. Has a nice clean look. Its rated at 2 gpm so it will take up to 20 minutes to fill a garden tub. I didn't receive instructions so trial and error with the water supply lines for those wondering if you hold the valve upside down with diverter valve pointing away from you at 12 o'clock is the spout at 6 o'clock is the handheld sprayer at 9 o'clock is the hot supply and 3 o'clock is the cold supply.

I bought this for the looks & good price compared to others. There are several things that should be added to the listing.# It is not a simple install, the cold/hot piece has a larger base & we had to cut into the counter to get it to fit. A measurement / tool size would have been nice to know before hand- instead of guessing and potentially ruining the counter top.#2 the water lines are a different size than those in my house. Those measurements would be nice as well.#3 the directions are not helpful at all.. common sense is easier to use than the directions.Positives:The hose for the sprayer is long, it will easily reach to the back of the tub for cleaning.It does look fancy..it did have a cheaper price.

The faucet looks great. However in less than 6 months it quit functioning correctly. The shower is now stuck on and the unit will likely need replaced. The biggest issue I have is I wrote the seller for support, only wanting to know if he/she has any knowledge on replacement parts and was ignored. If a seller can’t stand behind the product it’s not worth purchasing from the seller. Had I even gotten a response saying he/she just doesn’t have that information I would have been more inclined to just purchase another from the seller but to ignore a consumer is horrible service.

Plumber charged $350 to install it not a problem with the product except needs extra parts for use in the USA

Absolutely gorgeous facet. Rating 5 stars even though I had to return. One shank is much larger than the other and couldn't use. But it's an amazing facet for the money and a great look. Broke my heart to send it back.

I realize it is too late to return. The install was delayed due to a cold/snow storm which shut down most of Texas. So this put us past the return date requirement. Contractors have been busy doing emergency repairs so the install was today. Well the faucet is very disappointing. It is currently on our tub but leaks. It is not possible to stop the leak and our trusted contractor feels it is a piece a trash...he did not confidence it would be a good option at first be we said go ahead and install. Now we will have to find another faucet or monitor the leak every time we use it. Our tub side wall has not been put back on so we can see what is happening "below" in case we need to put a bucket there. If I could return...I would.

Main problem is not enough flow. I’m not saying it wasn’t properly represented it just isn’t adequate for the job.

First, the looks of the taps and hand shower are amazing. We used it on a brand new old fashioned looking tub in a higher end rental property. It is very impressive!!!
