National Hardware S820-209 V8186 Shelf/Hang Rod Bracket in Nickel , 11" x 12-5/8"

I ordered 3 of the Stanley satin nickel rod brackets. When I went to install them, I found that one of them was built to slightly different dimension than the other two. It also had a slightly different Stanley logo on it. My guess is that Stanley changed the dimensions and still have some of the old brackets out there in the market place for sale.Fortunately, my wife changed the layout in the closet before I started the job, so I only needed to use 2 of them. If I had needed to use all three on one pole, like for an 8 foot pole, the third rod bracket would not have worked. This is such a fundamental error that I can't give this product a really good rating. Otherwise, I would have given it a 4 or 5, because they do look great, and they're sturdier than any I've seen at the stores. But if you can't use the product, then it's appearance doesn't matter.Still, Amazon is great to work with, and if you asked for a replacement, you may very well get one that is the same dimentions as the other ones you purchased, that's if you run into the same problem I did, which you may not. I wouldn't discourage anyone from buying them since Amazon is so easy to work with.

Product is very sturdy and looks good with the Stanley Satin Nickel Rod and end bracers. My shelf (12 inches) actually stuck out over the edge of the bracket but there is still enough room between the shelf and the rod for hangers. The screws you run up from the bottom to attach to the shelf are a little hard to put in because of the bracket, but aren't impossible. My only complaint was that they didn't give you a screw to attach to the bar. There is a hole in the bottom of the loop that the bar sits in, but there was no screw. This may be a moot point once the bar is full of clothes though, as I'm sure the rod will not be coming out of the loop. If you need to support a shelf and a closet rod, then I highly recommend this!

some weren't quite straight but thankfully I have a smart husband who took care of it and my LulaRoom looks fantastic!

I purchased six of these to use in conjunction with two adjustable hanging rods. I used three brackets per bar so I could load up each bar with lots of clothes. Because this product is the foundation/support system for all of my clothes and I never have to worry about it failing, it is worth the money. It gives me peace of my mind that my hanging rods won't bend.

Using these in a High School for a coat rack. heavy guage steel and they look great. Using these with the Stanley 8 foot rods, After installation, i was able to hang from the rods with my 200+ body! Brackets spaced 3 feet apart. (school atmoshpere tested!!) Of course this all depends upon how you are able to anchor the brackets to the wall...

Well made, and sturdy. kept one star due to missing hardware every time I ordered these.

I spent all day trying to put it up; when I succeeded the product , the rod, and everything fell down to the ground after 3 hrs.:'(In addition, the bottom part of product bend outward due to the weight of the rod that was held by the shelf bracket.so sad.....

Our closet project has been stepped up by the use of products provided through Amazon. I know this will be another "special" part of our home.
