are they soft enough to be able to push under a low bed where the underbed height is ca 10 cm?

they are soft enough to pust under the bed as mine are under a low sofa n fit perfectly

Would these work to store lego in?

I would imagine so. Although me personally would prefer Lego in a solid container.

Can they hold a king size duvet?

The bags definitely CAN hold a king size duvet. I know this because we use one of these bags to transport a 7 Tog king size duvet with us when we go away to stay with friends or at a hotel: the usual 13 Tog duvets that are invariably provided are too hot and heavy for us.
