It works super well and is easy to adjust, the plastic had a deep gouge in it on the top, but it’s only cosmetic. Still works perfectly fine.

Great quality worth it and affordable. I’ve been using it for two days and already see a bit of improvement. The size fits nice if you have small hands and it’s easy to manage the weight to test your strength.

The adjustment is a great function. Both my husband and I can use it.

This grip strengthener is quiet and is adjustable. The indicator for resistance is not finely calibrated; you just look at approximately where the spring is located. I'm withholding judgement on the feel of the rubber covering of the handles. They feel a little tacky but leave no sticky feeling on the hand. Over time, some rubber coverings develop an objectionable, sticky surface. That's not shown up yet.

Hola, el producto esta muy bien, se puede ajustar la dureza del muelle girando la rosca del frontal. La ha puesto a tope, que marca 60kg y cuestaucho cerrar la mano. Asi que abarca bastante rango de fuerza. Saludos

The adjustable resistance from 22 to 132 lbs is perfect for gradually increasing difficulty as your grip improves. It’s compact, easy to use, and feels durable—great for both beginners and more advanced users. One minor drawback is that the adjustment dial can be a bit stiff at times, and it might take a little effort to get it set exactly where you want. Also, some padding on the handles would’ve made longer sessions more comfortable. That said, it’s an effective and affordable tool for improving grip, forearm, and hand strength. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their grip training routine!
