Best lens around
The lens in this helmet provides by far, the clearest view of a weld puddle that I have ever seen. I am a novice at welding and need all the help I can get. This helmet provides that help. Now that I can better see what I am doing, it boils down to technique and practice.

Excellent Value!
Everything about this welding helmet is excellent, except the hinge mechanism that allows you to open the helmet and lock it open. Constantly fighting to adjust the tightness of the hinge so that I can open the helmet without pulling it off my head, and without the helmet falling back down while I'm trying to move around. Otherwise, this helmet is perfect, and the best value for the money that I could find.

Nice Welding Hood
This welding hood works well and I am very happy that I bought it. I had a cheaper brand and got arc eye several times so I replaced it with the Hobart welding helmet.
