I have RA in 3 days this has helped tremendously,a week ago I couldn't move at all,I would suggest getting it,it has help with pain and inflammation big time,I wish I knew about it sooner,I have had RA for 27 yrs,this is a blessing in my situation! I'm not fully sure if these would of worked or not. They smell like ice tea. They have a strong smell to them and are hard to swallow. My milk supply never went up and honestly only went down more. Plus I found out they mess with your thyroid levels.
