I purchased this for use in my restaurant and, as I do with many appliance type items, I’ve waited a few weeks to leave a review so I can report on durability and see if any weird quirks arise. This is a great product! It’s durable, it stays put during use, it’s easy to assemble/disassemble and clean, and it is pretty safe. None of my staff have had any trouble learning how to use it, and they all really like it. In fact, it cuts prep time by about an hour, which is actually hugely valuable for my business. I would LOVE to see this company manufacture different types of blades for this machine so that we could do even more than slice. Seems to me that any blade that can be made for a food processor could work on this machine, right? If they’ll make them I’ll buy them!

I wish I would have purchased the motorized version. But it slices and if you feed the slices back through, it chops. Very sloppy is the only downside.

Easy to use and cleaning is a snap makes this a better product than most .

This machine is really perfect for what I wanted I hope I cud get the electric one but I will buy it for sure after I probe this one . And their send me some accessories too

Great machine bought for my pizza shop. Saves lots of time. But edges of of the metal are as sharp as the blade. Sliced my knuckles open trying to move it.

Esto teniendo problemas con las medidas del corte Una cuchilla corta mas fino que la otra y las rebanadas me salen desparejas.

La máquina está bien, pero la parte plástica del centro de la máquina , que da el aguste del grosor de la verdura ya está barrida y no puedo usarla,, y el retén que tiene un opresor de llave allen también ya no sirve está barrido donde puedo conseguir estás partes ?
