Not ideal for fine tip airbrushing
I took a chance with this brand since it provides 4 oz at the same price I normally pay for a 2 oz bottle of Spaz Stix. tried using this with a .3mm airbrush tip to add a very fine line of metallic shimmer to a helmet graphic. It tried diluting with 20% down to 50% with an airbrush thinner/diluter, and raised the psi up to 40. This paint has a lot of issues with clumping and clogging. It sprayed a lot better when I tried using it in another airbrush with a .5mm tip, but the 40 psi was too high for fine lines with a .5mm tip. I went to a local hobby shop and picked up a bottle of Spaz Stix ready-to-spray Mirror Chrome. It worked a lot better, without any diluting, and I was able to sprat at 20 psi in the .3mm tip. I do not recommend this brand if you want to use it for any fine line artwork. I'll be sticking with Spaz Stix ready-to-spray.

not good!
Do not....I repeat....DO NOT buy this stuff if you plan on applying it with an airbrush....It does not spray....It will spray for about 2 seconds then CLOG....And I mean CLOG.....I tried thinning it with createx reducer....that didnt work.....CLOG....Tried thinning it with Vallejo thinner....that didn't work....CLOG.....Plus there are NO thinning instructions on the bottle.... Took me 30 minutes to get this stuff out of my airbrush so it would spray again....and it's not like I was using a cheap airbrush.....I used the Iwata Revolution in which I have sprayed SEVERAL Createx metallic colors through it without issue....Heed my warning....Don't try it.

The Jacquard Airbrush Paint gives you great paint at a reasonable price
The Jacquard Airbrush Paint gives you great paint at a reasonable price. I have spent three or four times as much for airbrush paint, but Jacquard is just as good if not superior to most. It comes ready to shoot right out of the bottle and the coverage is superior. As a lure maker, I need high quality paint that will last. I found it. I highly recommend Jacquard products. And no, they didn't pay me to say that!

Needs thinning, acetone does not work as thinner, and a Primer is Required.
You NEED to cut this with thinner. And even then it'll gum up a fine / medium brush tip. And when I mean gum up, I mean clog it immediately.I cut it in half with acetone and it was not a great thinner. I am not sure what would work better, but it caused the mixture to turn into a gummy substance. So I ran this straight up in the air brush with a coarse tip and it clogged it after a few minutes.Also- you NEED a primer for this paint as well. Otherwise it'll set to an off color red.

Airbrush Acrylic paint
This is the best airbrush paint for a beginner to try. I am new to airbrushing but found this paint was perfect, shake well, mixes well with other colors, and I only used 1 drop of thinner, but probably didn't even need that. I would buy again. A little goes a long way, this kit will last a while

a little too opaque
This brand is a bit more on the side of an opaque. Even thinning it down left it still on the side of "not transparent". Usually you should be able to work up a good base or gradually work the color in to get the desired effect but you can achieve that with a quick wisp of the brush in just one or two strokes overly covering what lies underneath. Not a bad paint for beginners but for pro effects you are better with createx or a higher brand. The white is not bad though.

Excellent product!!!!
I have used many airbrush paints, this brand is by far the best.. You don't need to dilute it, it sprays very well, color is great. I highly recommend!! The best one I have used. Just ordered 2 more!! Thanks for a great product!!

DO NOT BUY. Trash paint brand/seller.
Looks like this paint was opened and used or somthing. Must have added water or something. Looks more like a water color paint then acrylic. Save yourself the time and look for other brands.

Covers well and creates a great iridescent finish
Covers well and creates a great iridescent finish, not as good as pearlescent but iridescent paid is not supposed to be. Would buy again.

Two day delivery time
I ordered another exciter pack which contains 9 bottles of pigment each 14ml or 5 FL OZ. This time I ordered the transparent range, last time I ordered the opaque exciter pack. All colors can be mixed to make whatever color you want and they have good adhesion properties as well as durable and bright and can be sprayed on a multitude of surfaces as long as it is well prepared. The 14ml amount of paint goes a long way when used in a airbrush as long as you are not wasteful .
