These are great tasting (and healthy) mini bars that take the edge off hunger when needed. The compact size means one can tuck a them almost anywhere. There are a lot of fresh nuts packed into every bar. At 100 calories, low sodium and 3-4 grams of sugar it is a great "guilt free" snack.

These snack bars are perfect size for an afternoon snack. At 100 calories it’s not going to blow your budget (calories) but yeah don’t like eat 3 or 4. The sugar content is low enough to keep you from over loading but it’s sweet enough to satisfy your craving. I don’t really eat it for the protein content but it does have healthy nuts. The variety pack is great I just wish it was one box with all of them lumped in, but the one I ordered came in 3 separate boxes. I definitely will buy more.

So nice to get a variety pak of these excellent bars. Live the flavors, love the crunch.
