First of all their products are just plain wonderful. I order a chain and bracelet and was very surprise at the quality of the merchandise. I wore then both for almost six month before I had to send them back due to fading. When I received them back I notice that the necklace was not the same one that I sent back. I contacted customer service and within 24 hours I had a replacement chain on its way to me. The same day that I wrote Lifetime Jewelry I sent an email to another jewelry vendor that I have gone business with for over 8 years and to date have not received and answer to the problem I am having with them. I will continue to do business with Lifetime Jewelry and have order 2 more bracelets. The company rocks.

My husband had a 100% real gold chain and it fell off him one day and he lost it. We were devastated and he was nervous to get another one that expensive at the risk of losing it. We did some research and decided to purchase this necklace instead of a full gold chain. His family members didn't even recognize a difference! When this necklace tarnished, I reached out to customer service about the warranty, and within the week we had our replacement. I am a lifetime customer! I can't recommend this company enough!
