This little thermos is a great product, it is cute but enough food for a child, easy to open, yet it is leak proof, keeps the food warm for long periods of time, the color selection is great. It fits into a smaller lunch box and dishwasher safe. My daughters love it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love this flask. I did a test with hot water on this flask and a thermos. This kept the water hotter the longest. Update: 4 days after I had written this review I got a reply to my original email. The email read: "Regarding the problem of the product, we have several complaints about the same problem on the lid. After discussing with the manufacturer, they did find some issues in production for the previous batch of the shipment. Although it's in a very small percentage for the defective products, but it has caused our valuable customer troubles. Now we have a new shipment coming and it will arrive in about a month. In the meantime, please inform us with your address and we will arrange a replacement food jar from our old stock in 2 days." I opted to try my luck with one of the existing stock and true to their word they have shipped it to me shortly after I replied. Unfortunately, that one had the exact same defect. Now we are waiting for the new batch to arrive. All in all, once the contact was established, they have been responsive and responsible. Even though, I have not received a functioning replacement yet, I am a satisfied customer. Original Review: Oct 17 2019 I have purchased two of these containers before the school year started. When they came I checked them to make sure they were OK. However, we did not get to use them immediately. The first time we were using it, I put some hot water to warm the container while I was preparing the food. And when I opened the container to dump the water the metal part of the lid fall off. It seems it is not possible to put it back on without an industrial press (we tried). No big deal, right, the company says lifetime replacement for quality issues. And this is the first use ever! I reached out to them via email (from their website) and their Facebook account. I have not received a reply to anything yet (it has been over 2 weeks). If there are no quality issues, the product works well. I like that all parts that come in contact with food is stainless steel. It is easy to clean (as long as the gasket part doesn't get messy). If it weren't for the lack of response from the company I would have given it 4 stars. So, all in all, buyer be aware. If you want to risk a company that is unreachable roll the dice. You might get lucky...

I tried different thermos flask for kids lunch pack. Some are very big and other one was small and not keeping food warm.This one is good in size for middle school kids. It’s mouth is not narrow it is perfectly wide that kids can easily eat there food. If you put food right after cooking it remain hot till next 6 hours . I checked it personally . I put boiled water in it in morning and check after 3 hours so it was hot till next 6 hours and later till night it was Luke warm. It came up with spoon that is ok not that functional for my kid. Spoon is not a issue for me. I was looking for right size thermos so my search end up here. I never put soup in it so don’t know about leakage but for pasta macaroni in that case there in no leakage. Easy to open my kid never complained about that. I prefer to do hand wash never put in dishwasher one of my earlier flask damaged after putting in dishwasher.

I needed something that was not going to break the bank but also made well. Easy on the go for my teen to take to school to keep his yogurt cold. It’s been great!

3 stars. This is because it does not really keep the food hot for the long hours it states in the description, it will keep it warm. Longest I have left it is 4 hours, still edible, but I imagine 4 at the most for warm kind of warm

My 4 year old daughter isn’t a big fan of sandwiches and most of the cold things she likes for lunch are less healthy. She has always ate great healthy lunches at home but they are always hot meals. I had tried a couple other containers for her lunch that said they would keep it warm, but she complained it was cold and didn’t eat lunch in the past. I decided to give it one more try when I saw this container. The first day she used it, she said her pasta was so hot she needed her teacher to help blow it, so obviously a success! We packed soup in it today and it didn’t leak and she said it was very warm (but not too hot) at lunch time. I love that the outside didn’t feel warm at all, so it didn’t warm up her fruit or yogurt, but kept her lunch warm for 5 hours. She loves the print on the outside and has requested to eat out of it at dinner time at home (which is a slight problem because even with the lid off, the food stays very very hot instead of cooling down when I bring it to the table...obviously a sign of how good it works, and only an issue when she is insisting on eating from it when the food is fresh out of the oven). I will be ordering more of this container to have extras on hand! I also made a yogurt parfait inside and it did just a good at keeping it cold and fresh as it did keeping hot food hot!
