Trying to cut down on plastic so took the plunge and decided to buy these pouches. I often batch cook soups, casseroles, stews etc. so that I can freeze meals which come in handy for work lunches and quick dinners. These pouches are fantastic and one small bag gives me enough lunches for 3 days. The closure system may seem fiddly at first but you soon become used to it and I have never yet had a leak. Very easy to wash, just turn them inside out and either do it by hand or stick in the dishwasher. My only gripe would be I'd like the option of buying single size sets without a filler stand...I have more than enough and just don't need another one!

Got these bags to freeze soups (mainly) and after having tried them for soups and storing veg: these are awesome for just storing cut fresh vegetables in the fridge. Green beans and broccoli cut for meal prep stored beautifully for a week (!!) and came out pretty much fresh. However, these are not good for soups at all: 1) soups somehow stick (?) to the material; 2) really hard to clean, as dishwasher does not clear all the seams at the bottom (why did these had to have the seams?) and 3) the soup smell lingers. They come out of the dishwasher with bits still in them / stuck in the folds. So, I ended up using them for veg only and hand-washing them, which is quite different from the initial concept.

I love these bags and use them a lot they are very strong, easy to fill and wash up really good. The stand that comes with them is a very useful bit of kit and without it my life would have been made harder. I like the different sizes as sometimes you only want to freeze a little amount. I did buy another cheaper set, they are ok but not as thick and as easy to fill as these. I will be buying more and would definitely recommend this product.

These holders look smart and come in varied sizes, which is genuinely useful depending on what you’re storing. They’re a good alternative to single-use plastic bags, offering a more eco-friendly option for everyday use. However, they’re not especially good value for money compared to cheaper alternatives available on Amazon. I also found the plastic bar closures a little awkward – they’re trickier to close than open, though neither is particularly smooth. They do the job, but there’s a bit of a learning curve, and if you're after pure ease of use, you might want to consider other options.

These arrived promptly and are very easy to use. There is even an adjustable support’ that you can hang the bag on while you fill it. I was especially pleased that it was so easy to store my home made broths in. Up till,now I’ve used glass jars and if you even slightly overfill them, then thy crack and so become unusable. They also take up a lot of space in my freezer. But these bags take 1.5 or 1 litre of liquid depending on the size. There are markings on the bag to tell you how many millilitres you’ve put in, and you just align the arrow on the top of the hard plastic ‘sealer’ with the end of the bag top that hasn’t got the tag sticking out, and it slides on very easily. And off the same way. I’ve also used them to freeze fruit from my garden, casseroles etc and they wash easily though you need to dry them well. I checked the bags after washing with detergent and they did t retain any smell of either chicken broth, fruit or detergent. And I can fit 3 litre bags in the freezer drawer in the space that previously I used for a litre glass bottle. And no nasty plastic bags choking wild life etc. The only complaint is they aren’t made in th U.K. I like to support our home industry and hope a british firm will start producing them soon. I highly recommend.

I used this product for the first, shortly after receiving it. I'm impressed by the quality and very satisfied with multiple foodstuffs I can use them for. I have now a freezer full of winter soup, stored upright, the ability to go from the freezer to microwave is a delight and cuts down on the washing up. It also saves space compared to other freezer bags I've used and it's a lot stronger and leak proof. I will be recommending them to family and friends.
