I was really hesitant to purchase a chair online due to the complex and lengthy installation steps. However, after getting this chair I'm now convinced that it isn't bad after all purchase a chair online.Installation:Surprised to see how easy it is to install the chair. The instructions were pretty clear with clear marking for each and every part. Total installation involves less than 5 steps and took no longer than 30 min to install. Was able to install it myself with no help and no tools needed. The required tools for installation are included within the package.Chair:The chair says Indoor & Outdoor use but the looks restrict to outdoor use only. Has resort style settings and layout. It doesn't hurt to use this chair for indoor purposes as well if you wish to and I plan to use it for indoor purpose. Has good lumbar support with the provided cushioning. Has a side arm to place things.Cons: The layout can be improved since, if you only want the leg portion to be up but not the back portion leaned it wouldn't be possible. The back and front are proportional and would only work together. That's the only part I disliked in the chair.

Took 2 hours to put the back on, one screw wld not fit in the hole due to the wicker material being raised (didnt fit flush) The other screws went right in..We got it in just enough to hold, hopefully..

Finally the extreme heat has abated and I can enjoy my third floor balcony. This recliner-lounger is perfect. It’s sturdy, easy to put together and comfortable. I now enjoy the afternoon Arizona sun. I’m tall but this chair supports my head and neck…..though I do occasionally use a small footstool for my “hanging” ankles/feet if I want to lay flat and snooze. The seat cushion is firm, but comfortable. Great recliner.

These chairs are beautiful! they are quality built however the only way you can recline is if you go all the way back …. The foot rest does not come up unless you are reclining all the way flat, great for taking a nap! Would have been a 5 star if the foot rest comes up in an upright position

These chairs are extremely small, sit very low to the ground and the cushions are not comfortable, tried to return them, was going to have to pay $300.00 to return each chair since they were packaged separately, seller would not honor the 30 day return policy, one chair we put together hence how we know it's not worth the money, we unassembled the chair and put everything back in original box, tools, bolts, cushions everything not to mention the other box was never opened still seller wants to only give $200 credit and we keep the chairs! We don't want the chairs they are not comfortable at all I would rather of had my money back to maybe put towards purchase of other chairs, now that will have to wait sometime since I'll be $450 in the hole. Terrible customer service, the chairs are in perfect shape for full refund we did our part, seller did not. Will not purchase another thing from them nor will I refer anyone to their site will make sure everyone stays away. Better companies out there than this look around. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

good quality materials for a good price!

These weren't too difficult to put together and the cushions are nice and dry quickly after a rain. The problem is the angle which you sit and the limited recline, they just aren't adjustable to a comfortable position. You can't adjust the leg rest and back of the chair independently of each other. You either sit up straight or recline way back, there is no in-between. It would be great if you could adjust the recline to different points but it's all or nothing and all the way back is too far back and awkward. Wouldn't buy again but not taking them apart to return them.

Love the color, I don't care for the fabric but it works great against the weather. Assembly took time but it wasn't to bad. They are comfortable. Very light weight and very sturdier.
