Had a slight problem with a air hose pintched when I first turned it on, but Once we fixed the hose it worked perfectly! I own 2 of these machines and printing mugs is now a breeze.

Total waste of money. I bought four in anticipation of an event. The event got postponed so I never took them out of the box until a couple of months later - after the "return window" had closed. 2 of the machines never powered on the compressor to give pressure, and the two that did could never get enough pressure that we'd get a good image. I am not new to tech or to sublimation and I could do nothing to save these. So I basically wasted $600 because I expected they'd work. It's a great idea and I wish they did work. But they didn't for me.
