The buttons work most of the time
My original remote died a couple of days ago, so I bought this one. It's basically identical except for the button action. It requires a fairly hard press for the remote to register a button press, and the D-pad buttons often don't register at all (the television power indicator light won't blink acknowledgement of a button press). The main value is that this remote was much cheaper than I was expecting a replacement to be. I ended up getting a cell phone app remote.
