Unisex-Adult Swim Cap Silicone - Manufacturer Discontinued

I ordered this swim cap when the last one wore out. It was the same style and brand. With color being the only difference. Durable, The last one lasted for several years of trips to the lap pool several times a week. Great value for the money. Great for keeping my hair dry and out of the way.

I belong to a community health center run by a hospital, so there are quite a few older ladies who, like me, had their heyday in the '80s. I don't know anyone who goes there yet, but I wore this Speedo cap (which even though it was discontinued, did not feel old or degraded at all). I literally had someone come up to me in the locker room while I was trying to hide to get my clothes changed and tell me they all liked my cap. :D I thought it stretched great and it didn't bug me at all while I was swimming. I have a 21.5" hairline circumference, and I don't have a lot of hair, but there would have been room for some. Maybe they'll dub me Pineapple Head or something. It was a surprise hit.

I purchased this for my half tri training. The silicone is good quality and the hat is easy to put on and remove. The cap did it's job at allowing me to move through the water more smoothly. The issue I had with this cap, versus another cap that I purchased, was that it was difficult to keep my hair up inside the cap. While I have a "normal" sized female head, I have long hair and because of this...the cap had a tendency to move up slightly on my head. I could get a good 30 minute swim in without having to remove the cap for readjustment.In comparison to some cheaper caps I have purchased, this cap is far superior. I have used other swim caps that constantly "pop" off. However, I wouldn't recommend this cap for swimmer's with larger heads or with a long hair.

The media could not be loaded. Silicone swim caps are designed to hug the head to reduce drag in the water, which helps you swim faster and this cap does hug your head like a warm hug from grandma. Silicone swimming caps that fit properly, hold the hair to the scalp better than latex swimming caps, and also keeps more water out and this cap is no exception.I really like the cool design and the shininess of this cap, it really makes my 8 year old stand out at the pool making her easy to spot. This cap seems to be better suited for shorter hair so if your hair is past your shoulders you might want to consider a cap that specifically accommodates long hair.Swim caps are designed to: Keep long hair out of the face, protect your hair from the chlorine in swimming pools, but not to keep your hair dry. So unless you are a triathlete, the silicone cap should be perfect.

Fun looking cap, but it ripped after only a month or two. Thought it would hold up better for the price.

As a fan of Speedo accessories, the Hydrotribe series of swim caps certainly are the epitome of fashion and function. They scream Speedo quality and smart design. I own and love both styles, the black/white stripe and the leopard versions.All are made from soft and pliable silicone which makes them easy to put on and take off. Having shoulder length hair is no issue there's plenty of room to pile up your hair underneath the cap. The cap fits like a glove, but doesn't pinch your head after minutes to hours depending on your use. If style matters then you will stand alone as a POOL FASHIONISTA!!! I give these caps an A. Take a walk on the wild side and add these fashionable swim caps to your pool routine!!

Not too tight & durable. Lasts a couple seasons. Have used this brand & style cap for several years. Very satisfied
