First off, it should be stated that this is by no means a super pill and it's unrealistic to expect weight to magically fall off. Yet at the same time I still seem to be looking for those types of products anyway. Honestly, regardless I will say that there are a few qualities that I have enjoyed and the results from this product have been positive. I actually bought this on a lightning sale from Amazon a few months ago and I have been buying ever since. At first the bottle is relatively small compared to some that I have tried in the past but the quantity and quality of the pills as a dieting product is amazing. The pills are powdered green tea extract so they shouldn't be taken alone as it can be chocking hazard and it should also be noted that taking more than the instructions recommend can lead to headaches and other symptoms, however, when paired with a healthy fruit snack and shake. It's perfect. For the first day I didn't notice any immediate results but with any diet, consistency is key. After the first few days I began to feel more energetic which seemed to be long lasting and kept me up through out the day with no negative side effects. Most times I would get nervous jitters or unusual shakes but this pill was nothing like that. My cravings for heavy foods subsided and after a while I made a habit to drink more water which also made me feel fuller longer and that seemed to boost my weight loss even more. Keep in mind that I haven't intentionally changed any of my usual habits, before I started using this pill I would kick start my day with an apple or orange and an occasional shake in the morning but after I started using the green tea extract product my eating has changed slightly. I still did all my normal daily activities of going to the office and eating out but for some reason I just did not feel the need to eat more and drinking water became my new normal. I didn't have any cravings for heavy junk food and I have been steadily losing weight and moving towards a healthier direction. Around 1pm I would take my second dose and this would last me for the rest of the day which I enjoyed. I have two different scales in my house so I would double check it's accuracy, both show the same results. I have been steadily losing 2-3 pounds every week and I don't know how this works but I feel like this is a good combination of safe ingredients suitable for my body. I have researched all the ingredients listed on the bottle and have found no warning or potentially unsafe chemicals. Overall I am pretty happy with my purchase, no regrets ever as I am not starving, crashing, or craving anything like I have in the past with other products. Honestly given the low price I would recommend this to anyone looking for safer alternatives to boost metabolism and make healthier choices. My body is naturally making the decision to eat healthier foods because I don't feel the need to gorge myself with junk food anymore. Honestly, I would say this is a major success and I've been using this product for over 2 months and plan on buying more. I have lost 22 pounds and counting gradually over the course of my usage. Again consistency and moderation is key for this process. Never ever will I not buy this! My energy is way up more than ever before! Besides people have said my skin has been glowing more and my hair is more shiny! I e had a massive backlog of cleaning to do in our house mostly because we are so busy working and constantly on the go! The green tea has really helped get me back on track getting things done effortlessly. I’m literally zooming and in the most amazing way. No jittery feeling whatsoever just pure energy.

I believe this is a quality product. I have tried taking this more than once, but sometimes I experience unfortunate side effects, nausea and headache, but only when taken without food. Maybe it is just the potency? Not sure, so take caution. Zhou does state to take with food though... I've been taking it for a few weeks and I haven't really noticed any effects either. I'm also not a fan of the additives, specifically, magnesium stearate, but no stars were taken off for that because the company is up front about it. I just wish it wasn't in there, but I understand.
