One time use?
I’m part of a S&R canine unit. Bought this to add to my canine med kit. If you purchase check the buckle and make sure you can close it and open it. Mine was impossible to open once I closed the latch. Maybe defective? Production issue on the latch? Ended up sanding it down a bit to allow the latch mechanism to unlatch by hand versus forcing it open with flathead screw driver.

This tourniquet is heavy duty I’ll give it that but it’s 3 ft long! Longer than a human tourniquet & it’s supposed to be for a dog!
