I didn't notice anything while taking them. I think they are overpriced and marketed kind of gimmicky. I get everything these advertize by eating fresh fruits and steamed veggies. I can't give them a good recommendation with a good conscious about effectiveness, functionality, mental clarity, appetite suppressant. Some people say great things about it so I had to try it. Easy to use as any supplement and there is no tase in a gel cap so I can't comment on that.
