This Nursing Diagnosis Reference Manual is easy to read and comprehend. I would recommend this book to any nursing school student or nurse working in the health field.

A great book to help all student nurses

The book came in perfect condition it’s just the information was kind of vague and after looking in other books I would say they are much more detailed and give you more information to go off of. It’s still a good but, but your are other options that would be better.

The book looks like a great tool to help me with my care plans. I have the 2014 version and the only reason I updated was for APA format. The only problem is the book and package came damaged.

This was the most helpful tool I have used so far! My care plans were perfectly put together, this book is very informative.

The media could not be loaded.  The book I received is missing page 197-228.
