BARIANI 100% Ca Raw Flower Honey, 17.6 OZ

Crystallizes if you look at it so before you use it, put a chunk in a cup and microwave it for a few seconds -- the lovely taste compensates you for your trouble. Not gaggingly cloying like so many honeys (is corn syrup added to those?), but has a slight, clear tang and a bit of personality.

If fresh, this is the best honey around! Sadly my order from Super Olive was not: 3 jars of very old, hard honey, and crystallized throughout. I will buy directly from Bariani in the future.

Simply the best honey, glad I can get it on amazon. I used to live in the Bay Area and buy it at the farmers market.

The Honey is fantastic and if it helps with my allergies it will be the icing on the cake! However, the manufacturer and/or seller needs to figure out something better regarding the packaging/delivery issues. The product arrived on top of bubble wrapping and the jar was bubble wrapped and taped properly, yet still arrived broken. If i wasn't because i am so desperate about getting rid of my allergies that are preventing me from breathing right, i would not put myself at risk. I am literally worried about eating glass. So buyer beware, because this could happen to you. This is why i took the time to write this review. Good luck! (The product is at home & i am at work, otherwise i would have taken a photo, sorry.)

I wanted honey with honeycomb. My fault I didn't read the description well enough. The honey is good.

This is the best honey I ever tasted. Thick, rich brown color, quite unlike the High Fructose Corn Syrup cut stuff from the store.

This honey tastes good with great flavor.It is raw honey and it arrives in the solid form, not liquid. I just put it on a piece of cheese and it tastes so wonderful.However, on the label, it says that it has 16g of Sugar. Honey itself doesn't contain sugar. Why does it has sugar in this case? Is there Sugar added?

Tested by bee-growers who recognize this is the true pure honey.
