Perfect sushi rice for instant pot/pressure cooker!
Great!! I've been making it in my instant pot. 2 cups of rice (throughly rinsed, several times in cold water), 2 cups (minus 2 Tablespoons) of water. Put in the instant pot for 6 min. After that's over, leave the instant pot on warming, and natural release (wait) another 9 min before releasing the rest of the pressure and opening. Then fold in 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup white vinegar and a bit of salt with one hand, and fan the rice with the other hand. Perfectt sushi rice!!

Really nice brown rice
I enjoy the size, taste and texture very much. Beautiful color of the grains with touches of green. So far has cooked perfectly every time, both on the stove and in the rice cooker. Really great chew.

Delicious rice sweet and creamy.
Very creamy rice. It's not like regular or minute rice. It's got a sweet taste. I like to pour beef and gravy over it. Very good. Big bag too .

Cooking instructions slightly different than other rices.
Love this rice! Ratio of water to rice is slightly different and the rice seems to cook quicker. Rice has great texture and flavor!

Super long prep time for this rice
Great price, but had to soak overnight according to directions and then cook for hours to reach al dente. Since we like fluffy soft rice, and the prep time was crazy long, giving it a three star rating.

Perfect taste
I love this sticky Asian rice. I can't find it in my god forsaken remote area so I have to order it. It's kind of pricey but I love and need it.
