Cooper Hunter 36000 btu mini split heat pump
Had this system shipped up from Florida to Cape Cod Massachusetts. I installed it myself at my leisure. Electric work completed in 3 hours by a licensed electrician. Four wall hung units at 9000 btu each. Indoor and outdoor units are super quiet. Easy to use remote control. You get most everything you need to install this product minus the wall bracket for the outdoor unit and line set cover. Very happy with this purchase.

Only works in southern US.
Shipment arrived on time, no issues. But the 2 12s and 2 9s I bought for small house do not work as a heat source DO NOT WORK if the outside temp is under 40 degrees F. Do not buy if u are north of southern WV. The return process and cust service is also a giant pain. Don't both w these get a normal gas furnace and ac unit. They are worthless to me.

Was good for 9 months and stop working. We tried to communicate with seller, guarantee Assured and factory and NOBODY helps so please..get something better.

Terrible customer support.fo not buy this brand
This company did not help in the installation and did not answer phone.No ivsc professional wanted to touch these units.I could not even get Amazon to refund my money as company very uncooperative.Thrre are better brands and companies out there.
