The tablets are quite large and I tend to break them in half, which gives an odd uncomfortable feeling when consumed due to the harsh edge that breaking them creates. However, they work well, I've felt a noticeable boost in energy and they actually leave quite a nice taste in your mouth. It has the exact vitamin content I was after and the packaging is good. I just hope they release a version where the vitamin content is spread across a dose of two tablets.

6 Month update… I’ve been taking these every day for six months now and I feel the difference. For the record I also take a daily vitamin D3 which is a vital part of my supplements. These vitamins C have improved immune system and I have had other benefits from the addition of the Rosehip. Rosehip has been found to lower blood sugars *in early stage testing* along with reduced inflammation and as a potential treatment for atherosclerosis. Information source: WebMD. I have monitored my blood sugar and it has lowered. I’m unsure if it’s the Rosehip in these vitamins but I know for certain that I want to include Rosehip into my supplements as the potential benefits could be life changing. I have had no problems whatsoever taking these and they taste nice as Rosehip has a natural fruity taste.
