In my dotage I'm finding a bit difficult to walk distances & this is a great bit of kit. Well made & easy to use at an affordable price. If you have a query the people at Green Power are great.

The ZT500 was the first scooter i looked. I looked at about 5 scooters in total and this one is the stand out winner. I upgraded to the bigger motor because where I live its very hilly and the solid wheels (i prefer solid over inner tube) . The whole scooter is amazing its got all the essential lights and switches. It even has a little compartment under the seat like a little boot. It drives really well. In my opinion this scooter is the best on the market. Hands down i have noting bad to say at all. It arrived yesterday 07/10/24, but that was because I opted for the solid tyres and they didn't have them in stock so I also opted to wait. It's very nice looking, comfortable to ride, and has a bit more legroom than my previous scooter which is great for me. I was planning to go for a nice ride today BUT it's raining so will hopefully go tomorrow - but the weather looks better for tomorrow, I love the short ride I had after delivery, and I'm very happy, Thank you. Had a longer ride today, it's so comfortable and easy to control and love every bit of it. I am happy that the reverse does not, as my previous one did, continuously beep very loudly. Excellent,arrived on time engineer was knowledgeable and helpful new his stuff . I am pleased with this scooter it’s nice to ride and was in perfect condition. It was great to be able to order direct from Amazon.

1 This is not free delivery if you live on the Isle of Wight, you will be told this after you have you have gone through the oder process. Green Power phoned me to tell me there is £150 delivery charge. After some thought I piad for it. This is not leagal via Amazon. If is ssay free delivery it should, unless you are made aware of this before the oder goes through. 2 I cannot use the parking brake as it either needs adjusting or it is faulty. I am expected to fix this problem myself. This means buying a tool which you cannot buy in the local supermarket, the get on my hands and knees to fix it. If the does not fix the parking brake, then the whole plastic front cover needs to come off. Green Power will not send an engineer out due to the fact I live on island. This should be made clear before completing the order. 3 I have been informed by a mobility shop on the Island that they will not touch Green power and it is the same with all the mobility shops here, he told me. So what use is the warranty. It has electic brake system so it is not a free rolling scooter, for it to be free rolling you need to take the key! If not the the motor will get chewed up. So it it only good for flat roads. I use the roads and my road is very steep and I need full control of the brakes for the safety of myself and others. Also if someone eles tinkers with the scooter then does that not make the warrany invalid? The stress this has caused me that I contacted amazon, who are dealing with this matter. So far they have been amazing and I am glad I bought this through Amazon or I would have been stuck with this problem. Before you buy this check with the local mobility shops to see if they fix these scooters before you buy them. Hope this info is of some good use.

Have now had this fantastic scooter for a few weeks. A very friendly and informative gentleman delivered it to my front door and gave me a breakdown of everything I needed to know. The best part of owning a machine like this, I can now take to the road and have fun. This is the real deal folks

Very nice little mobility scooter, although I have charged it fully twice since I bought it and it’s saying I’ve only done 27 miles in total, the battery has completely died tonight and I ended up have to push it for a mile, the battery lights went down from red plus two greens to dying in less than a mile , it’s supposed to do 35 miles per charge….. the suspension under the seat is squeaking like mad every little movement, I hope this is just an easy fix (both battery and squeak) or I will be very disappointed

Like the design , can be used on the payment or the road it’s 89 kg in weight and a top speed of 8 miles per hour, did have it customised with 1000 watt motor and a lithium battery and solid wheels it now will travel up to 40 miles with a fully charged battery , they have to be registered with the DVLA, it’s one thing that green power does not tell the customer , have had a ride on it around our private car park to test it out am very pleased with it .
