Q: Does this stick on to the fabric?

This particular one does not. Made that mistake as well. I just pin it in place while I’m stitching over it and it works just fine. Will be ordering the sticky kind next time though just for convenience!

Q: So do you print on it the design you want or draw?

You use it to stabilize fabric for machine embroidery. It washes away after the design is stitched.

Q: Can you run this through a printer?

This is a water-soluble stabilizer for embroidery so I can't think of any reason why you would run it through a printer.

Q: Can you use this for hand embroidery

Yes I use this for my hand embroidery and it’s wonderful at stabilizing and cleans easily! Hope this helps
