Q: Are these 25.4mm bore blades ok for a 25mm bore ? or do I need a reduction ring.

As far I know, I bought this saw blade for an Evolution circular saw with a 25 mm bore. Those blade are provided with a reducing ring that fit perfectly to my circular saw. No problems so far. I recommend that saw blade. Especially when you have to deal with a saw blade with 25 mm bore. Those kind of blade (25mm) are not easy to find. And this Saxton blades fixed easily the issue

Q: Will this fit a evolution r 255 sms

This is a standard 255mm blade which fitted my evolution 255 mitre saw. Hope this helps The blades are actually very good quality and a massive improvement to the standard evolution blade.

Q: Do these blades come with reduction rings?

The blades with the 30mm bore do. Not sure about the ones with the 25mm bore though.

Q: Can you cut box joints with these?

I've never done it myself but I don't see why not.
