I use this product daily, as it has so many health benefits it would be foolish not to. I take about a teaspoon daily. I put it directly into my mouth, then add some water to it to dilute it, then I swish it around in my mouth before swallowing as it's so strong I know it kills germs and bacteria in my mouth. It also helps me sleep when taken before bedtime. It truly has a strong and spicy taste and is probably not for folks sensitive to strong tastes but if you can handle "spicy," it works great. I recently found another use for it. I had a sore throat one evening so I took it like mentioned above, in my mouth, diluted with a little water and I gargled with it for a couple of minutes before swallowing it. No more sore throat! Definitely helps with immunity and a great product! Highly recommended!

Black seed oil has been one of the top reasons my skin is clear today. After washing my face in the morning and the evening I apply a few drops of black seed oil to my fingers and massage it into my face. It's much lighter than other oils, so it deeply hydrates the skin without making you look oily. In fact, it gives you this wonderful glow, like a "glass-skin" effect. This black seed oil is actually the first step to my makeup routine because if worn underneath foundation, it gives your makeup that "glow from within" look, without making you oily throughout the rest of the day. I used to get very bad pimples all across my face, a big reason for that was I didn't have a proper moisturizer. When your skin is not properly moisturized it tries to fix itself by producing its OWN oils, which pool up underneath your skin and create pimples. Lotions just lie on top of the skin and rarely penetrate the layers of tissue. That's why I wanted to use natural oils, but many are too thick and will make your face look greasy. This black oil is just the right consistency. Thin enough to hydrate the skin, just a four to five drops will do, a little goes a long way! The smell is definitely strong but I honestly don't mind it, and it fades away after a few minutes anyways. DEFINITELY recommend to anyone dealing with skin issues, this is the best!

Second time ordering from Sweet Sunnah. First time the oil smelled like gasoline and was rancid. This order, the oil was great but packaging was poor. When I opened the package the bottle immediately had oil all over it and some on the bubble wrapping. When I opened the cap there was residue from the inner lining of the cap around the edge of the bottle opening. I noticed this in the oil too when I pipette some out. Unfortunately, this one was ineligible for return nor replacement unlike my last order from them.

I am a repeat purchaser. Although I take mine straight, the taste is extremely overwhelming so I would recommend you to put something on your stomach before taking or add to a small smoothie for consuming. You will get your money's worth

I like that the sellers of this product are so transparent. When they say Strong Taste, they mean it. To me, the stronger the taste, the better it is for me. A lot of folks I work with are black seed oil devotees. We compared brands, and I am convinced that mine is the best. It really is strong - a very dark green color, and peppery-spicy tasting. I'm primarily taking it to help boost my immunity. I caught a cold about a week ago, and it's not as bad as it normally is. I take a teaspoon every night before bed. I hope Sweet Sunnah never stops making this.

It says Ethiopian product but on fine lines it says it come from different countries. In the website It says 3.43% TQ , but on thr bottle it does not says thst. It says 48mg of wach spoon of 5g. I will return it

The taste is what to be expected. I do notice a difference in my movements for the better
