Alpi Nature Garlic Granules 1kg 2.2 lb, Dried and Minced Garlics, Granulated Garlic Seasoning

Very happy with these garlic granules. The flavour is strong and fresh, not dull or dusty like some cheaper ones. They’re well dried, flow easily, and work nicely in cooking where you want garlic flavour without peeling or chopping. I’ve used them in sauces, marinades, and rubs with consistent results. The 250g pack is good value and lasts a long time. Two minor points: the granules are a bit coarse for very fine seasoning, and the aroma can fade slightly if the container isn’t sealed properly after opening. Neither is a real issue with normal use. Overall, good quality, reliable flavour, and great value. I’d buy them again.

Really large pack which i decanted into a large tin. The granules are much smaller than a lot of other brands, which i quite like as it is great to mix with salt, or salt mixes (eg for fish, seasalt fleur de sel, dry dill, dry coriander, fennel seds, some minor chilli flakes or aleppo chilli, etc). Super potent smell and taste. Very happy with it.

These granules are wonderful! They are full of flavour and just the right consistency for a multitude of uses. They come in an easily resealable bag and I thoroughly recommend them.
