Navitas Cacao Powder and Maple Syrup Sauce is very easy to make, I use the Sauce for Ice-Cream Toppings, Plain Yogurt and many Different Cakes and Frostings.Maple Chocolate Syrup:In a Saucepan Medium Heat add:1 Cup Maple Syrup Grade B3/4 Cup Water1/2 teaspoon Salt, bring it to a Simmer (Not Boil)add and whisk 1 Cup Navitas Organic Cacao Powderit will take several minutes to Dissolve Totallydon't let it Boil too much, Remove from Heat and add1 1/2 Tablespoons of a Good Vanilla Extract, Watkins is Good, I also get it hereYou will need a 16 ounces Glass Jar, the Sauce will come up almost to the Top, it keeps well in the Refrigerator for about 3 Weeks and it is Super-Good, you going to be eating it all the time, I like to pour some of it and mix it with Almond Milk that I make myself for that Special Treat.
