The green variant of this sauce is slightly less deep in flavor than the red harissa. I made limited ingredient Moroccan chickpea dishes with both the green and red sauces. The flavor itself of both variations is absolutely phenomenal. However, the green seemed to flatten the flavor profile of that dish to a consistent depth profile. Alternatively, the red harissa allowed for a more subtle layering of the constituent ingredients in the dish. To summarize they both taste amazing but the red harissa allowed for depth of profile

I’m addicted to this sauce

This is the first time I have tried this Green sauce. I love it... spicy but not to spicy. It is made with Olive Oil and has 0 grams of sugar! I am always looking for healthier condiments and this is going to be a regular in my kitchen. I put a little on my eggs this morning and really enjoyed how it complimented the dish without overpowering it. I am already thinking of all the other dishes I can use this on!
