Can rhis be used on platic shutters on my house?

It does but it’s cheaper to get some clear spray paint and clear the shutters. Mine looked new once I clear coated them.

Product is great but i have a few drips on the truck paint. what do i use the remove the drips? the product is so durable nothing works to remove it

You can try enamel paint thinner. It want hurt your paint. If that doesn’t work regular alcohol may work. It does on some paints. I have used these in years gone by. This is NO guarantee. Try at own risk.

Will this resolve sticky spots on a dashboard due to sun exposure?

Don't know about sticky spots,you could try a small area and see what happens,just make sure it's clean. I would wipe a small area with alcohol wipe then try it
