LALO Men's Zodiac Recon Running Shoe

These look very well made, however lack one key component- a pull tab on the heel. The heel doesn't give at all and its very hard to get your foot inside the shoe. I don't want to fight with my shoes every time I want to wear them. So I dont!The 5 min I did walk around and try to like them, the top-lines of shoe rubbed my inner ankles raw. I could not see running in these at all. Being prior service I am very disappointed in this expensive "Tactical' shoe. Lesson learned ---don't throw away the box.....

I like the comfort when landing and the softness of the land when running. This is based off of competing shoe brands as HOKA, brooks, new balance, ASICS. I love that the shoe have air pockets all over and keeps your feet dry and aerated during the run! They are super lightweight. One thing I dislike about this shoe is the ankle rim of the shoes are a firm fabric and when on a run over 5 miles, the rubbing of that portion of the shoe is uncomfortable.

I’ve had these since March 2019, writing this review in Feb 2020 as I get ready to buy a new pair. I am 6ft tall, over 200lbs, and flat footed. I’ve put well over 500 miles on my current pair, this is the best running shoe I’ve ever owned, no blisters on me personally, no rips or tears, this shoe is beyond durable and light weight. I discovered these via Instagram, bought them for $125 at the time and these have lasted damn near a year, the only reason I’m replacing is because their starting to lean but that’s ONLY after a year of constant use, over 500mi, and I’ve weighed no less than 210lbs and at some points over 240lbs.

Extremely comfortable running shoes. Extra thick and wide padding in heel section of the shoe really decreases stress on the heel. Side to side stability also quite good. Review is based on running on gravel, grass and paved road.

What a tough shoe to actually get on your feet., There's no pull tab or loop to pull the heel on with. You have to completely loosen the strings to get them on. Once their on they feel pretty good, for awhile. After only one afternoon of wearing it I almost had blisters on the back of my each foot, I read reviews that complained of the same issue but they said the shoes break in, Ill have to see.

Perfect running shoe. Training for BUDS with these and they haven’t let me down. Only issue I had was the back gave me some insane blisters. But wear a thick sock and I’m sure that will help. I also ordered too big by a half size so that may have an impact there, but from what I’ve heard that’s a normal thing with these. Just get used to it I guess and wear thick socks.

I bought these as listed for running however before finishing a short 2 mile run I noticed the back of my feet above my heels were on fire! The friction from the back part of the shoe caused my skin to blister and eventually bleed! When I got home my socks were bloody and the shoes as well. Now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes I can’t use for what they were intended and open cuts on the back of my feet. Will never purchase LALO products again.

They’re are awesome. I like the fit, feel and construction. The sizing is perfect which is not always true when you wear a 14 but these are very comfortable and my toes aren’t smashed together.The shoes are very lightweight but appear to be durable. We will see
