I've worn boots for patrol for 10 plus years and have gone through most name brands. These are very sturdy, and amazingly light weight. They are well cushioned and feel very comfortable, there is massive support for my ankles, after experiencing twisted ankles running through uneven surfaces. Would recommend.

I bought these a few months ago for my OCPs, since the issued boots are apparently terrible. I can't say I have ever been as happy with a purchase as with these. I took these on an AFSPECWAR extended training day in upstate NY, where we rucked for hours in a lovely combination of rain, snow, and hail. Not only were my feet completely comfortable -- no blisters, rubbing, etc. -- they stayed completely dry and warm the entire time. There were points where I was not just walking, but *standing* in freezing water up to my ankles, and my feet weren't even cold, much less wet. Oftentimes, waterproof boots can be a pain in the heat because your feet get sweaty, but I've never had a problem with these, even when running and exerting myself, in the cold or in the heat. When we finished with our scenario, we had to wait around in the snow for a half an hour because the vans that were going to take us back got stuck in the snow, and all of my teammates said their toes were completely numb. But not me! Despite the boots being wet and me standing in ankle-deep snow, my feet felt great. We did PT in our OCPs too, which can be a pain because boots are generally horrible to run in, but they never tripped me up or caused me any discomfort at all. I walk a dog with separation anxiety who sometimes attacks your feet when you try to leave, and whereas my other shoes have gotten holes and tears from his teeth, these ones hold up just fine. There's a few small scratches on the toe but it's barely even noticeable.In short, these are the best boots I've ever owned and I highly recommend them if you need durable, waterproof shoes for anything.

Boot is comfortable, only goes off in metal detector. Other than that seems comfortable and is a good looking boot

I bought these boots to use in the workplace and they perform beyond my expectations. They are comfortable, breathable, They have good support, and durable. The height is perfect and the grip is outstanding as well. I highly recommend this boot!

These boots are excellent. they are light, comfortable and I can wear them all day and not get fatigued.Can't say enough about them.

I've got Original SWAT 9.5w, free soldier 9.5 and Garmont 9.5w.Free soldier is the widest one, almost feels like these are made for Asians, not only by.Insole is cushiony but does not help the lack of shock absorption. Outsole is not that bad, but it'll be lie to say it's good.Lace hole pushes through toung and leave a deep impression on top of foot. I can't tight these up with pain even with thick pair of socks.Neck part is unnecessarily wide and lace rivets touches each others.Suede is chip, dusts out whenever I brush, hill counter is petty cellulose and worn out pretty much after 100km walk and jog.Not bad for the price, but I will not buy any other free soldier's products. For faen.

Upon placing these boots on my old, bunion disfigured feet...I found myself in my old BDU's running w my rucksack on my back! I even ended up having a canteen full of water! The boots held up for some marching and roughing it, and even got wet swimming through the swampy pond thing. I think I might buy a pair for my neighbor who needs to toughen up a little! Love these boots! They're lightweight and breathable which I need or my feet smell like horses after that swampy thing run!

Honnêtement j’aime les bottes incroyablement j’ai tester les bottes dns la neige dans un troue d’eau de 4 pouces une eau rentre et en plus l’eau perle comme sur les plumes d’un canard a la pluie 👍

For the price they are amazing. Super comfy. Durable and light. Accidently ordered 8.5 (i wear a 9) but they fot amazing. Dont know if thats a good or bad thing on the sizing but most comfiest boots ive worn on rucks/hunting. Wish i had them in BCT.

Llevo apenas una semana usandolas,,diría que se sienten bien,,parece que traes tennis ( muy lijeras ),,son muy cómodas y se miran de buenos materiales, la plantilla es buena y el agarre de la suela se siente bien, el color es igual al de las fotografías, en general se sienten muy cómodas y duraderas,,

Las botas son super livianas y cómodas, se ven de buena calidad y me quedaron a la perfección, el único inconveniente que note fue que el cierre lateral luego se traba, fuera de eso me encantaron
