I am loving this product. This 4-in-1 Garcinia Cambogia, Green Coffee Raspberry Ketone Complex is helping me to loose weight. I am using it in concert with grapefruit juice and apple cider vinegar half-hour before I eat breakfast and dinner. I have lost 5 pounds all ready and hope to continue to loose about 2 pounds a week till I get to my goal weight. Miracle weight loss pills don't exist, but this does a great job at lessening my appetite and providing energy without that jittery feeling. After a couple weeks, my appetite does return. At that point, I go off these pills for a week and then resume for a couple weeks. However, along with a sensible diet and exercise, these pills have helped me lose weight.

First of all. I wasn't offered ANYTHING to leave this review. No free bottles, just my honest feedback. So, I like them. I've been taking them a few weeks and I have definitely lost weight. It really does curb my appetite, which I didn't expect because nothing else has ever worked. I also didn't get jittery, a side effect I totally expected. I tend to be hyper sensitive to pills, but these don't make me feel light headed or off in any way. Downside: don't ever expect to sleep again. The reccomended 2 a day was giving me terrible insomnia and making me edgy because of the lack of sleep. I went to 1 a day and it took a few days, but I'm mostly sleeping normal again. I'll update in a few months if things have changed.

These are effective at both, boosting energy and decreasing appetite. Will continue to purchase regularly.

My husband tried these from a friend and it did not have the same affect on him when he ordered them himself. Very disappointed, did not do anything!

Bought this few months back and started it using two weeks back. I was not convinced it was going to help since garcinia by itself did not work. I'm a night shift nurse and writhin two weeks, I have lost five founds. My energy at work has improved greatly. I'm very glad I started using this product 😍
