DC Comics Superheroes: Superman Pet Costume for For Dogs or Cats by Rubies, XL

I got an XL for my Brittany Spaniel who weighs 30lbs, it is a bit small on her chest, but otherwise it's a pretty good fit. This is an awesome buy. My dog doesn't mind it, we LOVE it and she looks ADORABLE in it. Only problem was the cape moves side to side, but I just put another Velcro sticky in the middle of her back and the cape stays put now. She runs probably 30mph and tosses and turns and it holds up really well. Easy to put on her too.

Fit my standard poodle puppy with lots of hair a bit snug. He's only 22.5 tall at the shoulders and the cape would not stay on and the costume was a bit snug, but only bc of his hair. Hair matters, don't discount the hair. Superman's cape has only Velcro attachments sights at the neck and one on each side of his shoulders and they simply never reached, so the cape would not stay put.We were sad that we put it on the night of and didn't have time to get safety pins to hold it on. We also got the Batman costume made by this companyfor our full grown standard 27" tall at the shoulders. Same size, less hair and fit better. Yet I love that on the batman costume, the cape is tied like shoe strings around his neck and Velcro around his belly. It looked perfect all night, yet we had to continually fuss with superman's cape.They were such a hit at our local fall fest. The costumes looked really sharp all the same. You can see superman's cape pulling in the picture, but not on batman's. Way better design. Just be prepared with safety pins and you'll be fine. We followed the advice and got a 1 size larger, as in each of his measurements were 3-4 inches smaller than the lengths given for x-large.

Yes this is a real photo of this costume (no photoshop!)! We love the outfit! Arrived in 1 day.We need to make some alterations in the XL to fit Jessie better. This photo is of a female 45lb Border Collie/German Shorthair Pointer mix. She is super athletic working farm dog. No fat and the XL is snug on the neck.I would recommend this costume for the fun loving pup in your life! Cheers! 🐶

I got the XL. Not only didn't it fit my 63 pound Golden, it barely fit my sister's 21 pound pug. Total disappointment

I bought this for Halloween but hoped the dog could wear the shirt afterward. This was for a beagle mix. The costume fit but didn't "fit" in all the right places. It was made of really lightweight material and held together with velcro. It's at the velcro that the costume lost it's fit. There were gaps between the closures. The item did come in as promised on time and in good condition. I wish I had read the material and size better.

Lots of fun! This XL cape and shirt doggy costume fit well on my Basset Hound. The outfit closes with velcro and just looks adorable. The material is thin so it will not provide warmth if your dog is prone to getting cold.5-Stars: looks great, easy to put on/take off, and super cute.

My pup looked cute but the size advertised for him was off so it was very large on him.
