I like this ink so much it is a blue black ink finally changes colour to darker. Water resistance of the ink is very good. It is a slightly drier ink so never feathering happens even on ceap quality notebook papers. This property helps to control the ink flow. It works good on fine and above nib sizes. As it is an iron gall ink, it requires regular maintenance of pen, you have to empty the pen and clean it with water if you want to store the pen unused for longer duration. I face starting truble in my paltinum preppy. Same problem in my friends pilot kakuno both are medium nib. Once you started it works perfectly. You can use a soft tissue paper to tap the nib while facing starting problem. Also use a water droplet to touch the tip of the nib to get it wet then pen will start writing.

The colour of the ink is good, flow rate is bad, It dries very quickly and makes the nib feel scratchy and to get it started again you have to dab it on a paper towel to use it again which still feels scratchy and gives negative feedback even on good quality paper. Not Value for money.

Good Water Residence but colour is dull and with most fine nibs it writes like a stone... Helped me control flow of some wet nibs.

Poor ink, flow is good but after drying its colour looks faded black wothout any shine.

The ink is of course waterproof but the color is somewhat gray which I did not like. If you are hoping for a great shade from this blue black ink, I would say it is not at all a good pick.

esse é o segundo frasco da marca pelikan que adquiri. o primeiro me fez nunca mais querer arriscar por um bom tempo; foi um preto com cor bem rala chegando a ficar cinza depois de seca e causando falhas na caneta. esse frasco além de ter uma cor linda, funciona suavemente na mesma caneta. talvez o controle de qualidade da marca não seja bom ou me enviaram um frasco ruim na compra anterior. enfim, é um bom custo-benefício mas com esse risco de vir um frasco com tinta ruim

Belle couleur agréable à utiliser

The blue – black ink is very good! Highly recommend it for people are not sure about just blue or just black. I buy only the pelican products. They are the Best!
